These Terms govern your use of the House of Diya website and purchases made through our online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on our store.

Access & account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information for orders and account details and to keep any account credentials confidential.

Our products

We make reasonable efforts to present product colours, fabrics and details accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting and natural textile variation. Any claim regarding fabric, weave, technique or origin applies only as stated on the individual product listing.

One-of-one availability

Most House of Diya designs are curated as a single piece. Once purchased, that exact design is not intended to be restocked. Availability can change quickly, and adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout is completed and the order is accepted.

Orders

Placing an order is a request to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error or delivery restrictions. If House of Diya cancels a prepaid order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing, taxes & promotions

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges are shown where required. Promotions and automatic discounts are subject to their stated eligibility and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.

Shipping, COD, returns & exchanges

Shipping and Cash on Delivery conditions are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy. Eligible COD orders are not accepted until the required advance confirmation payment is received.

Website content & intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the House of Diya name, branding, photographs, written content, graphics and website materials are owned by or licensed to House of Diya and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics and communication services. Those services may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.

Errors & updates

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product information, pricing, availability or website content. We may update these Terms when reasonably required; updated Terms apply from the date they are posted.

Prohibited use

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe the rights of House of Diya or any third party.
